The first week at Loepfe focused on the joint production of a short feature film under your own direction and in your native German mother tongue highlighting chores, challenges and workplaces throughout your forthcoming job training. Our hiring process

- We will invite you to a first Interview via MS Teams with your prospective supervisor and HR; however, if your profile does not meet our requirements, we will inform you accordingly.
- During the second interview, you will have the opportunity to meet your prospective team and/or other stakeholders. In addition, you will get a deeper insight into the open position, have a company tour incl. visit of our production.
- If things go well, we are aiming to discuss and finalize a job offer with you.
